Safari opened with a simple idea: what if a café could feel as intentional after dark as it does in the morning? We started as a coffee-focused space and naturally grew into an evening destination for craft cocktails and good conversation.
Our team sources directly from small roasters in the Pacific Northwest and works with Oregon distilleries for our spirits program. Everything we serve has a story — and we're happy to tell it.
